Japanese evaluated nuclear data library version 3 revision-3: JENDL-3.3
Keiichi Shibata,Toshihiko Kawano,Tsuneo Nakagawa,Osamu Iwamoto,Jun Ichi Katakura,Tokio Fukahori,Satoshi Chiba,Akira Hasegawa,Toru Murata,Hiroyuki Matsunobu,Takaaki Ohsawa,Yutaka Nakajima,Tadashi Yoshida,Atsushi Zukeran,Masayoshi Kawai,Mamoru Baba,Makoto Ishikawa,Tetsuo Asami,Takashi Watanabe,Yukinobu Watanabe,Masayuki Igashira,Nobuhiro Yamamuro,Hideo Kitazawa,Naoki Yamano,Hideki Takano +24 more
TL;DR: JENDL-3.2 as discussed by the authors is the most recent version of JENDL 3.1.2, which is based on the feedback information of various benchmark tests and includes the resonance parameters, capture and inelastic scattering cross sections, and fission spectra.
Journal ArticleDOI
Simultaneous Evaluation of Fission Cross Sections of Uranium and Plutonium Isotopes for JENDL-3.3
Toshihiko Kawano,Hiroyuki Matsunobu,Torn Murata,Atsushi Zukeran,Yutaka Nakajima,Masayoshi Kawai,Osamu Iwamoto,Keiichi Shibata,Tsuneo Nakagawa,Takaaki Ohsawa,Mamoru Baba,Tadashi Yoshida +11 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a least square method was applied to selected absolute and relative measurements on the fission cross sections of 233U, 235U, 238U, 239Pu, 240Pu and 241Pu was carried out for the evaluated nuclear data library JENDL-3.3.
Journal ArticleDOI
New Evaluations of Heavy Nuclide Data for JENDL-3.3
Toshihiko Kawano,Hiroyuki Matsunobu,Toru Murata,Atsushi Zukeran,Yutaka Nakajima,Masayoshi Kawai,Tadashi Yoshida,Takaaki Ohsawa,Keiichi Shibata,Tsuneo Nakagawa,Osamu Iwamoto,Mamoru Baba,Makoto Ishikawa +12 more
TL;DR: The Japanese Evaluated Nuclear Data Library (JENDL-3.3) as discussed by the authors is the third version of the JENDL.3. The objectives of the current release were to fix several problems which have been reported for the previous version, to improve the accuracy of the data, and to evaluate covariances for the important nuclides.
Journal ArticleDOI
Possible Origin of the Gamma-ray Discrepancy in the Summation Calculations of Fission Product Decay Heat
TL;DR: In this article, a comprehensive analysis of the differences between the summation calculations and the experiments has been carried out, in order to identify the origin of the ubiquitous and long-standing discrepancy seen in the γ-ray component of the FP decay heat in the cooling time range 300-3,000 s.
Journal ArticleDOI
Theoretical treatment of the asymptotic behavior of fission product decay heat toward very short cooling-time
TL;DR: In this paper, the second generation of the gross theory of β-decay was applied to estimate the decay properties of short-lived FP nuclides and a new parameter named the Q00-factor was introduced to reproduce the recent measurements adequately.
