TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a terminal structure for a battery with an insert-molding part and a metal terminal hardly peeled off each other, and a battery was provided with a battery case in a box shape.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal structure for a battery with an insert-molding part and a metal terminal hardly peeled off each other, and a battery. SOLUTION: In the terminal structure for a battery provided with a battery case 11 in a box shape, a lid body 13 covering an end part of the battery case 11, a metal-made electrode terminal 12 fitted in penetration into the lid body 13 with one end protruded inside the battery case 11 and the end protruded outside the battery case 11, and an insert-molding part 14 connecting an electrode terminal 12 with the lid body 13 by insert resin molding, a thickness of the resin layer of a protruded part 14a of the insert-molding part 14 surrounding a periphery of the electrode terminal 12 protruded toward an outside of the battery case 11 is made thin enough to follow deformation of the electrode terminal 12.
