Takotsubo cardiomyopathy or transient left ventricular apical ballooning syndrome: A systematic review
Thomas Pilgrim,Thomas R. Wyss +1 more
TL;DR: TLVABS is a considerable differential diagnosis in ACS, especially in postmenopausal women with a preceding stressful event, and further studies will be necessary to clarify the etiology and reach consensus in acute and longterm management of TLVABS.

Journal ArticleDOI
Rate and predictability of graft rupture after endovascular and open abdominal aortic aneurysm repair: data from the EVAR Trials.
TL;DR: Few ruptures after EVAR seem to be spontaneous without complications identified during optimal surveillance, and Mortality after graft rupture is high and previous serious complications are significantly associated with the risk of rupture.
Journal ArticleDOI
The influence of thrombus, calcification, angulation, and tortuosity of attachment sites on the time to the first graft-related complication after endovascular aneurysm repair
TL;DR: Increased neck angulation and calcification and common iliac thrombus and tortuosity are associated with higher rates of graft-related complications after EVAR, and careful evaluation of these factors prior to EVAR might lead to lower complication rates.
