Journal ArticleDOI
Berberine inhibits the proliferation and migration of breast cancer ZR-75-30 cells by targeting Ephrin-B2.
TL;DR: Berberine inhibits cell growth and migration by targeting ephrin-B2, and the inhibitory effects of berberine on ZR-75-30 cell proliferation and cell migration are confirmed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Nanocomposite hydrogel with NIR/magnet/enzyme multiple responsiveness to accurately manipulate local drugs for on-demand tumor therapy.
TL;DR: Both in vitro and in vivo results indicated that the PNAGA-DMP-Fe3O4@GO hydrogel combining well-controllable chemotherapy and hyperthermia can eliminate more than 90% tumor cells and effectively inhibit the tumor growth in mice model, demonstrating the great candidate of the hydrogels for accurate tumor therapy.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synergistic effect of berberine and HMQ1611 impairs cell proliferation and migration by regulating Wnt signaling pathway in hepatocellular carcinoma.
Bingling Dai,Yujiao Ma,Tianfeng Yang,Mengying Fan,Runze Yu,Qi Su,Hongying Wang,Feng Liu,Changhua Yang,Yanmin Zhang +9 more
TL;DR: The results revealed that BCH exhibited potential antitumor activities against human liver cancer in vitro and in vivo, and the potential mechanism underlying these activities depended on the inhibition of the Wnt/β‐catenin signaling pathway.
Journal ArticleDOI
Preparation of a glassy carbon electrode modified with reduced graphene oxide and overoxidized electropolymerized polypyrrole, and its application to the determination of dopamine in the presence of ascorbic acid and uric acid
TL;DR: The modified GCE displays excellent electrocatalytic activity for dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA), but electrostatically repulses ascorbate anion under physiological pH conditions.
Journal ArticleDOI
Cyanostilbene-based near-infrared emissive platinum(II) metallacycles for cancer theranostics
Lingzhi Ma,Tianfeng Yang,Zeyuan Zhang,Siping Yin,Zhongxiao Song,Wen Shi,Dake Chu,Yanmin Zhang,Mingming Zhang +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, a near-infrared emissive dipyridyl ligand was synthesized and used to prepare three platinum(II) metallacycles with different shapes via metal-coordination-driven self-assembly with different precursors.
