TL;DR: The results indicate that self-reported SMCs, measured with PRMQ, predict future cognitive change in several cognitive domains, and among cognitively healthy at-risk elderly individuals, the persons themselves observe more easily problems relevant for their future cognitive trajectories than their informants.

TL;DR: Two thirds of CAD patients with ACS and on statin therapy do not achieve LDL-C treatment target recommended by the guidelines, suggesting that a low level during the first 12 months after the acute event does not guarantee the maintenance of the results in the long term.

TL;DR: Simultaneously with the increase of the co-payment level, the average HbA1c level increased among T2D patients from the North Karelia region, Finland, and special attention should be allocated to glycaemic control of patients utilizing only other antidiabetic medications than metformin or insulin.
