Monitoring the Swelling Behavior of PEDOT:PSS Electrodes under High Humidity Conditions.
Lorenz Bießmann,Lucas P. Kreuzer,Tobias Widmann,Nuri Hohn,Jean-François Moulin,Peter Müller-Buschbaum +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the influence of solvent additive Zonyl and a post-treatment of PEDOT:PSS films with ethylene glycol (EG) serving as electrodes was analyzed with respect to the swelling ratio and water uptake.
Journal ArticleDOI
Swelling and Exchange Behavior of Poly(sulfobetaine)-Based Block Copolymer Thin Films
Lucas P. Kreuzer,Tobias Widmann,Nuri Hohn,Kun Wang,Lorenz Bießmann,Leander Peis,Jean-François Moulin,Viet Hildebrand,André Laschewsky,Christine M. Papadakis,Peter Müller-Buschbaum +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the humidity-induced swelling and exchange behavior of a block copolymer thin film, which consists of a zwitterionic poly(sulfobetaine) [poly(N,N-dimethyl-N-(3-(methacrylamido)propyl)ammoniopropanesulfonate) (PSPP)] block and a nonionic poly (N-isopropylacryamide) (PNIPAM) block, is investigated by time-of-flight neutron reflectometry (TOF-NR).
Journal ArticleDOI
Phase Transition Kinetics of Doubly Thermoresponsive Poly(sulfobetaine)-Based Diblock Copolymer Thin Films
Lucas P. Kreuzer,Tobias Widmann,Lorenz Bießmann,Nuri Hohn,Johannes Pantle,Raphael S. Märkl,Jean-François Moulin,Viet Hildebrand,André Laschewsky,Christine M. Papadakis,Peter Müller-Buschbaum +10 more
TL;DR: In this article, the swelling and phase transition behavior of a doubly thermoresponsive diblock copolymer thin film in steps above the characteristic cloud points (CPs) of the blocks is studied.
Journal ArticleDOI
Poly(sulfobetaine) versus Poly(N-isopropylmethacrylamide): Co-Nonsolvency-Type Behavior of Thin Films in a Water/Methanol Atmosphere
Lucas P. Kreuzer,Christoph Lindenmeir,Christina Geiger,Tobias Widmann,Viet Hildebrand,André Laschewsky,Christine M. Papadakis,Peter Müller-Buschbaum +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, the swelling and co-nonsolvency properties of two different polar, water-soluble polymers in thin-film geometry are studied in situ.
Journal ArticleDOI
Effect of Trapped Solvent on the Interface between PS-b-PMMA Thin Films and P(S-r-MMA) Brush Layers
Katia Sparnacci,Riccardo Chiarcos,Valentina Gianotti,Michele Laus,Tommaso Jacopo Giammaria,Michele Perego,Gianmarco Munaò,Giuseppe Milano,Antonio De Nicola,Martin Haese,Lucas P. Kreuzer,Tobias Widmann,Peter Müller-Buschbaum +12 more
TL;DR: In this article, the effect of trapped solvent on the interface between the BCP and RCP brush was investigated by combining neutron reflectivity (NR) experiments with simulation techniques, and it was shown that an increase in the trapped solvent is associated with a significant decrease in the interpenetration length between the block copolymer and the RCP.
