This study aims to determine the relationship between self-confidence and multitasking abilities with readiness to change among students. This study used a quantitative correlational method. The total number of 30 members of Psychology Student Association in Universitas Negeri Surabaya was recruited. Data were collected using three instruments, namely self-confidence, multitasking ability, and readiness to change scales. Data were analyzed using a multiple linear regression technique with the help of SPSS 24.0 for windows program. The statistical analysis results showed that the hypothesis of this study is approved. It can be concluded that there is a positive relationship of self-confidence and multitasking ability with readiness to change among subjects. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan multitasking dengan readiness to change pada mahasiswa.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Seluruh 30 mahasiswa pengurus Himpunan Mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Negeri Surabaya direkrut secara purposif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan multitasking dengan readiness to change . Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 24 .0 for windows . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hipotesis penelitian ini diterima. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan yang bersifat positif antara kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan multitasking dengan readiness to change pada subjek.

Peran Kepercayaan Diri dan Kemampuan Multitasking terhadap Readiness to Change pada Mahasiswa

Excessive consumption of fast food and soft drink causes various negative impacts on health. This study aims to analyze the knowledge and intention toward fast food and soft drinks consumption on adolescents. The design used in this study was pre-experimental in one of senior high schools in Bogor Regency. Samples of this study 96 students and chosen by convinience. Samples are divided into three groups, which are warning label exposure group, the video exposure group, and the control group. Research results show that warning label and video are able to increase knowledge of fast food and soft drinks. In addition, the exposure of the warning label and video also reduced the intention of the sample in consuming fast food and soft drinks. The results of one way ANOVA test showed that the knowledge and intention of the control group differed significantly with the experimental group both with the exposure of warning labels and video. Further testing results of the Post Hoc Test showed that warning label exposure further enhance knowledge than video exposure and without exposure. Warning labels and video effectively reduce the intention to consume fast food and soft drinks.

The Political Orientation of Extra-Campus Student Organizations in the 2019 Presidential Election

Learning management is process and activities to manage the learning efforts and to keep the achievable of goals. Leaning management is also associated with interaction in learning process with other human beings as well as with learning environment, learning outcomes and the objectives. This research is based on the problems that cause the delay of completing the study of organizational activists among students. The research method is quantitative with descriptive approach. Research subjects involved in this study were as many as 73 people. The instrument used is a questionnaire. From the results of the study noted that the overall ability of student learning management among student activists is in the category of “capable”. This result study recommends campus’s leader to help the sustainability of “good“ learning management, counseling lecturers and UPBK (campus’s counseling center) should provide appropriate services in maintaining good learning management and improve management skills for students who are still “ less able ” to manage their learning.

Learning Management of UNP’s Students and its Implication to Guidance and Counseling

Background: The activeness of students in organizations is considered as one of the things that influences the learning achievement of students. Participating in organizations can also make students have experience and practice management. Medical students are required to master seven areas of competence including noble professionalism, insight and personal development, effective communication, information management, scientific foundation of medical science, clinical skills and management of health problems. These competencies can be achieved through academic learning or intra and extracurricular activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the level of organizational activeness with a cumulative achievement index (CAI) for students of the medical faculty of Unissula Semarang. 
Methods: Analytic observational research with pre-posttest design. A total of 111 students of the medical faculty of Unissula Semarang class of 2016 were the subject of this study. Organizational activity was assessed by a questionnaire containing 12 questions about the quantity of organization. The CAI value of semester 2 and 6 and its difference were used. The effect of organizational activity on CAI was analyzed by the Wilcoxon and Kruskal Wallis tests. 
Results: The GPA value for semester 6 was significantly higher than in semester 2 for all of the organizational activities level includes low, medium and high categories (p <0.05). However, the increase in the value of the CAI was not related to the organizational activity level (p> 0.05). 
Conclusion: The level of activeness in organizing has no effect on the CAI of students of the medical faculty of Unissula Semarang. 
 

Pengaruh Keaktifan Organisasi Terhadap Prestasi Akademik Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran

This research aimed to examine the relationship between the activeness in participating at student’s organization and interpersonal competence on college students. Subjects were students from Tarumanagara University (N = 156). A questionnaire was used to collect the data. The data were analyzed through Pearson’s correlation test. The result shows that there is a positive and significant correlation between the activeness in participating at student’s organization and interpersonal competence on college students.

The purpose of this research is to know the contribution of consumer packaging’s perception toward purchase intention of X cosmetic’s products Subject of this research consists of 145 persons which include male and female at age 18-22 years old The data is being correlated using regression analysis method with support of SPSS 120 for windows The result of this research is that purchase intention of X cosmetic products can be explained by packaging at range 239% to 323% The more packaging is being perceived as something that attractive, good quality, and convincing, the more subject is going to have the intention to purchase the products of the X cosmetic
