A fibrous filter element for trapping diesel engine exhaust particulates comprises a mass of coiled wire of flattened cross section compacted into a small passage gas pervious body. The base wire is made of high temperature resistant metal, preferably an iron chromium aluminum alloy. The wire is coated with a particulate collection-enhancing coating of titanate ceramic.

A rotary transfer system includes an attitude converting station for automatically changing the attitude of a pallet with a workpiece supported thereon into a predetermined attitude, at least two machining stations for machining the workpiece with machine tools, and a feeder for feeding the pallet along an arcuate feed path from the attitude converting station successively to the machining stations. The annular feed path has a pair of upper and lower arcuate movable rails disposed in each of the attitude converting station and the machining stations, and a pair of upper and lower arcuate fixed rails aligned with the movable rails.

Rotary transfer system

PURPOSE: To prevent the oscillation and to obtain a stable current inverting action for a current inverting circuit consisting of two transistors whose bases are connected to a constant current source and an amplifier, by connecting a capacity element between the input and the output of the amplifier. CONSTITUTION: The working current is set at a constant current source 6 for a transistor (TR)4. Then this current of the TR4 is amplified 8, and the output of the TR4 is connected to the base of an output TR10 having the common connection with the base of the TR4. The emitter of the TR10 is connected to an output terminal 12. A Miller integration circuit consists of the amplifier 8 and a capacitor element 14 connected between the input and the output of the amplifier 8. Then a high frequency component is fed back to the input of the amplifier 8 via the element 14. Current inverting circuit

PURPOSE: To oxidize the exhaust gas to be purified by providing an inner tube inside an exhaust pipe of an internal combustion engine, and while adhering the slurry including a catalyst to an irregular layer formed on the inner and outer surfaces of the inner tube, and burning the slurry. CONSTITUTION: An inner tube 5 is provided inside an exhaust pipe 3 of an internal combustion engine with the predetermined space 4. Multiple vent hols 6 are drilled in the inner tube 5. An irregular layer 7 made of metal such as aluminna non-toxic against a catalyst, ceramic and thermet or the like is provided on the inner and outer surfaces of the inner tube 5 by flame coating. The slurry 8 made of catalyst solution and catalyst carrier is adhered to the irregular layer 7 by coating or the like, and thereafter, it is dried to be burned. Consequently, the exhaust gas flowing inside the exhaust pipe 3 contacts the catalyst included in the slurry 8, and the combustible component is oxidized to be purified. Exhaust gas purifying device for internal combustion engine

PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit constitution, by constituting the amplifier with a reference current source, operational amplifier, current to current converter and current to voltage converter. CONSTITUTION:When the reference current IB from the reference current source B and the current IIR from the external sensor are given to a current to current converter C via an operational amplifier A, the converter C outputs two currents IL and I which change correspondingly. This output I is the difference between the currents IIN and IB and fed to a current voltage converter D. The current I and IL change with corresponding value mutually, and when the current IIN is corresponded to the measuring temperature and the current IB is corresponded to the reference contact temperature, the output in response to the types of thermocouples used can be produced with the converter D, and this circuit can be used as the reference contact compensator.

Current operational amplifier
