TL;DR: In this paper, the sugar content and acid content of Iyokan orange fruit were evaluated using a machine vision system, and several neural networks were found to be able to predict sugar content or pH from the fruit appearance with a reasonable accuracy.

TL;DR: In this paper, the effects of temperature on quality characteristics of milled Catahoula rice during 31 days of storage were investigated, and the physicochemical properties and cooking quality of rice milled at different intensities (light, medium, and heavy milling) were analyzed.
