Dispersion property of thin CdS crystals as function of thickness
TL;DR: In this article, the dependence of the spectral position of an isotropic, so-called inversion point λ i on the thickness d of very thin CdS single crystals is found experimentally for the first time.
Journal ArticleDOI
Size Effect in the Refractive Index Dispersion of Thin CdS Crystals
Journal ArticleDOI
Dispersion properties of submicron-thin CdS crystals
TL;DR: In this paper, the dispersion of the refractive index n(λ) of submicron-thin CdS single crystals is analyzed. And the results present clear evidence that the this paper depends on the thickness of crystals provided their dimensions are comparable with the wavelength of light or smaller than the latter.
Journal ArticleDOI
Frequency and Temperature Dependences of Exciton Damping in CdS Crystals
TL;DR: In this paper, the frequency and temperature dependences of exciton polariton relaxation parameter were determined from the best fit on the framework of Pekar's theory on thin wedge-shaped CdS crystals.
