El presente documento es el informe de investigacion sobre el Estudio de Fortalecimiento de los Procesos de Gestion del Conocimiento en los Grupos de Investigacion de los Departamentos de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Estudio de Caso: Departamento de Ingenieria Electrica y Electronica, tema propuesto para obtener el titulo de Magister en Administracion de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia. El desarrollo del trabajo de investigacion ha sido dirigido por el Ingeniero Andres Pavas, quien es profesor e investigador del Programa sobre Adquisicion y Analisis de Senales PAAS-UN.

Este trabajo de investigacion propone un instrumento de medicion para los procesos de gestion de conocimiento (GC) llevados a cabo por grupos de investigacion. El instrumento fue disenado teniendo en cuenta los referentes teoricos en el area de la GC, el modelo de medicion de los grupos de investigacion de Colciencias y los aspectos estrategicos institucionales de la Universidad Nacional. Asimismo, se propone un procedimiento para identificar el nivel de madurez del Departamento y entregar informacion pertinente para plantear acciones que conlleven a mejorar las actividades de investigacion de los grupos por medio de un plan de fortalecimiento.

La importancia del estudio radica en desarrollar una aproximacion practica en el area de la GC para el caso de grupos de investigacion presentes en Colombia. Los resultados hallados permiten determinar el nivel de madurez de los grupos de investigacion y del Departamento al que pertenecen. Finalmente se propone un plan de fortalecimiento que permitira el cierre de brechas actuales, mejorar el desempeno de las actividades de investigacion del DIEE y contribuir al cumplimiento del Plan Global de Desarrollo-2021, por medio de la formalizacion de la gestion de su conocimiento.

In line with an intensified call for conducting business in a greener and more sustainable way, sustainability-related entrepreneurship has become an important subfield of entrepreneurship research. The variety of terms, such as "sustainable entrepreneurship", "ecopreneurship", "environmental entrepreneurship/enviropreneurship", and "green entrepreneurship", reflects the fragmented and inconsistent findings of this research field. Based on the one-pillar model of sustainable development, i.e., ecological sustainability, we present the first systematic review of the literature on ecological sustainable entrepreneurship. This analysis of 114 scientific articles reveals a strong focus on the drivers of engagement in ecological sustainable entrepreneurship, the drivers of conducting business in an ecological sustainable way, the strategic actions taken by ecological sustainable enterprises, and the outcomes, enabling factors and challenges of ecological sustainable entrepreneurship. Based on this thematic clustering, we develop an integrative framework for ecological sustainable entrepreneurship and a coherent agenda for future research. This work may help researchers to take stock of the existing literature and advance this research field.

Energy companies face challenges arising from the ecological, social and legal environment. The reduction of negative impact on the environment and society while maintaining sustainable development affects the formation of new development strategies and push to introduce the state of art innovative technologies. The main aim of the research is to analyze the importance and role of the adaptation strategy to external requirements and to determine the mechanisms of the occurrence of passive and active adaptation. As a new approach to carrying out strategic analysis, two models were used simultaneously (inductive and hypothetical-deductive) which allows for realization qualitative (interviews, observations) and quantitative (statistical analysis) research methods generally called mixed methods. The study was conducted on the basis of mixed-method analysis of adaptations strategies of enterprises from the energy sector. The results of the conducted research show the influence of particular macroeconomic elements (e.g. technologies, ecologies) on making strategic decisions. The issue of adapting an enterprise to its environment is also related to its involvement in the research and development (R&D) sphere. Depending on the size of the company there are different amounts dedicated to R&D. Regulations and the technological environment force innovations of energy companies in the direction of reducing harmful impact on the environment and society. Legal and political factors (both national and EU) determine the activities of power companies (in each group: small, medium and large) and determine the choice of adaptation strategies. The intensity of adaptation to the requirements of the environment changes depends on the size of the company. Power companies apply passive adaptation strategies and as they increase their position on the market, they begin to implement an active adaptation strategy.

New Technologies and Innovative Solutions in the Development Strategies of Energy Enterprises

This article aims to identify the innovation management practices used by companies worldwide and referenced in the scientific literature. This study employed a scoping review methodology proposed by Manchado et al. (Medicina y seguridad del trabajo 55:12–19, 2009). A total of 322 documents were located and screened by two reviewers. After we applied the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 19 articles were analysed in depth. This article identifies the innovation management practices used by different kinds of companies, focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises. The review found a total of 116 practices, grouped into 13 categories. These categories were classified based on the innovation management process. The practices most frequently cited by authors were the application of project management fundamentals, product changes and process improvements, idea generation techniques, and practices related to human talent management for innovation. This article provides a framework of good practices for companies that wish to improve their innovation management process.

Innovation management practices: review and guidance for future research in SMEs

Collaboration processes between universities and companies are increasingly relevant for the generation of new knowledge and for promoting innovation. However, the literature highlights the need to delve into the factors that drive and favour these collaboration dynamics. Thus, the present paper aims to identify the success factors in university-industry collaboration processes. For this purpose, a scoping review was performed. We conducted a search in the Web of Science and Scopus databases, in order to find documents related to the subject until 2019. As a result of the scoping review, 17 success factors were identified, classified according to the four internal facilitators: structure, strategy, knowledge and relations.

University-industry collaboration: a scoping review of success factors

This work presents a systematic review of the literature related to the competitiveness and organizational integration from 2013 to 2019. This is done with information reported by the main bibliographic databases. The results show records related to competitiveness and organizational integration in Latin America, Europe, and Asia. There is evidence of an increase in the number of articles published during the period considered in the study. There are 23 competitiveness factors identified including the structure and cooperation between companies, marketing management, and the implementation of innovative technology in production. In addition, there are 17 factors that favor organizational integration such as the governance of strategic relationships between companies, intra-business coordination, and the implementation of quality management systems. This scoping review article contributes to the generation of organizational capacities for competitiveness development and process integration.

Factores determinantes de competitividad e integración organizacional: revisión sistemática exploratoria

espanolEl objetivo del estudio fue disenar un instrumento para identificar caracteristicas personales y didacticas utilizadas por los docentes en la formacion de emprendedores. El instrumento fue validado mediante una prueba piloto aplicada a 52 docentes universitarios. La validez de contenido se establecio mediante el juicio de expertos. La confiabilidad de instrumento se estimo mediante el coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach. Con esta prueba se obtuvo una confiabilidad de 0,88. Adicionalmente, se realizo el analisis factorial para la verificacion de la dimensionalidad del instrumento propuesto y los analisis de items, obteniendo un resultado de la medida de adecuacion muestral de 0,958 (indice Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin, KMO). De esta manera, el porcentaje de la varianza total explicada corresponde a 99,88%. La estructura de instrumento quedo conformada por 28 items, mediante una escala tipo Likert. El instrumento de recoleccion de datos presentado en el articulo aporta una herramienta para el desarrollo de programas de formacion a formadores en emprendimiento y, consecuentemente, contribuye al desarrollo de actitudes emprendedoras en estudiantes, mediante la practica docente. EnglishThe objective of this study was to design an instrument to identify personal and didactic characteristics used by teachers in the training of entrepreneurs. The instrument was validated through a pilot test applied to 52 faculty teachers. The content was validated through the judgment of expert professionals. The reliability of the instrument was estimated using the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. This test reports a reliability of 0.88. Additionally, factorial analysis was performed to verify the dimensionality of the proposed instrument and the item analyzed. The instrument obtains a result of 0.958 for the index Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO). In this way, the percentage of the total variance explained corresponds to 99.88%. The instrument structure was made up by 28 items, using a Likert scale. The data collection instrument presented in this paper provides a tool for the development of programs for entrepreneurship trainers and, consequently, contributes to the development of entrepreneurial attitudes in students, through the teaching practice.

Instrumento para Identificar Características Personales y Didáctica Utilizadas por los Docentes en la Formación de Emprendedores

The aim of this article is to analyze the collaboration networks between Higher Education Institutions in Colombia, according to the parameter “Top collaborating institutions” in ResearchGate. This paper makes a comparison between the networks of Higher Education Institutions accredited as high quality and those not accredited, according to the indicators of the National Accreditation System in Colombia. The analysis of the institutional collaboration is carried out by constructing joint work networks, using the UCINET software. The first institution registered in the “top of collaboration”, published in the ResearchGate profile of each Higher Education Institution, is taken in account. The results shows that accredited institutions have a well-connected and integrated collaboration network. On the other hand, the non-accredited institutions have a weak and poorly integrated collaboration network. In addition, non-accredited universities seek to collaborate mostly with accredited institutions and not between them. In this way, the efforts of non-accredited institutions are not well coordinated and become diluted in the distribution of their relationships.
