Class II Analphoid Chromosome in a Child with Aberrant Chromosome 7: A Rare Cytogenetic Association
Madhavan Jeevan Kumar,Rangasamy Ashok Kumar,Venugopal Subhashree,Thanikachalam Jayasudha,Venkatasubramanian Hemagowri,Teena Koshy,Kalpana Gowrishankar +6 more
TL;DR: A case with a very rarely reported class II neocentromere formation in an aberrant chromosome 7 is presented, and analysis revealed that the linear acentric fragment was part of the 7q region, which suggests that there could be a possible McClintock mechanism.
Journal ArticleDOI
A de novo marker chromosome 15 in a child with isolated developmental delay
TL;DR: A hypotonic infant with speech delay and no dysmorphic features who was referred for developmental delay is reported, and analysis using fluorescence in situ hybridization on marker chromosome revealed its origin from chromosome 15.
Journal ArticleDOI
Identification of zebrafish fumarate hydratase active site by molecular docking and simulation studies.
Venkatasubramanian Hemagowri,Velanganni Selvaraj,R. Jesu Jaya Sudan,Sudandiradoss Chinnappan,Anbalagan Bhuvan,Kirankumar Santhakumar +5 more
TL;DR: The binding efficiency of potential human FH inhibitor citrate to zebrafish fh has been extensively analysed by molecular docking and simulation experiments followed by quantification of fumarate hydratase enzyme activity to validate and confirm the findings.
