Journal ArticleDOI

Kinetics of 1,8-dihydroxy-2-(pyrazol-5-ylazo)-naphthalene-3,6- disulphonic acid immobilization on anion exchangers

TL;DR: In this article, the sorption of 1,8-dihydroxy-2-(pyrazol-5-ylazo)-naphthalene-3,6-disulphonic acid (PACA) onto the anion exchange resins, Dowex 1-X8 and Dowex 2-X 8, from aqueous solutions with pH between 1 and 10 was studied spectrophotometrically.
Journal ArticleDOI

Kinetics of the reaction of S-carboxymethyl-L-cysteine with palladium(II) chloride.

TL;DR: Fairly good agreement between the computed and experimentally determined rate constants was found in the reaction mechanism involving Pd(H2O)4-nCln, LH, LH2 and LH3+ species.
Journal ArticleDOI

Kinetics of chelate formation between PdII and S-carboxymethyl-L-cystein

TL;DR: In this paper, the kinetics of the complex formation between S-carboxymethyl-L-cysteine and palladium(II) was studied by using stopped-flow technique in the acidity range from pH 1 to 4 at 25°C.
Journal ArticleDOI

Spectrophotometric investigations of the reaction between gold(III) and potassium iodide

TL;DR: In this article, the equilibrium constants of complex formation were determined in aqueous solutions containing KI:Au(III)£2======676====== in the acidity range from 1 M HCl to pH 7 at 25oC.
Journal ArticleDOI

The Influence of Malathion and Its Decomposition Products on Free and Immobilized Acetylcholinesterase1

TL;DR: The relation between the structure of the compounds and their ability to inhibit enzyme activity was discussed and diethyl maleate inhibited AChE activity at concentrations >-10 mM, while O,O-dimethyl phosphate did not noticeably affect enzyme activity at all investigated concentrations.
