K+p elastic scattering at 3.5 and 5.0 GeV/c

TL;DR: In this paper, the elastic scattering of K+ mesons on protons is studied at 3.5 and 5 GeV/c. The total elastic cross-sections are found to be (4.36±0.36) mb and (3.82±0.41) mm respectively.
Journal ArticleDOI

Double-resonance production by 5 GeV/c K+ mesons on protons

TL;DR: In this paper, the decay angular distribution of K+p→ Kππ has been investigated in the CERN 2 m and Saclay 81 cm hydrogen bubble chambers and the cross-sections for the various final states contributing to these reactions have been determined.
Journal ArticleDOI

Rozhdyeniye dvoi{cyrillic, short}nykh ryezonansov K+-myezonami s impul{cyrillic small soft sign}som 5 GeV/s na protonakh

Study of the reactions K+p→K*N* at 3.5 and 5 GeV/cat 3.5 and 5 GeV/c

TL;DR: In this article, a study of the four-body final state K+p→KNππ at 3.5 and 5 GeV/c was carried out, and the results showed that the absorption model with π exchange predicts the shape for the production angular distribution reasonably well but less well the energy dependence of the production cross-section.
Journal ArticleDOI

Spin, branching ratios and production characteristics of the K*(1420)

TL;DR: In this article, the decay branching ratios of the K ∗(1420) were investigated at 5 GeV/c incident K+ momentum, and the most likely spin-parity assignment is 2+ although 3− cannot be excluded.
