Journal ArticleDOI
Measurements of the electric and magnetic form factors of the proton from Q2=1.75 to 8.83 (GeV/c)2.
L. Andivahis,P. E. Bosted,A. Lung,L. M. Stuart,J. Alster,R. G. Arnold,C. C. Chang,F. S. Dietrich,W. R. Dodge,R. A. Gearhart,J. Gomez,K. A. Griffioen,R. S. Hicks,C. E. Hyde-Wright,C. E. Keppel,S. E. Kuhn,J. Lichtenstadt,R. A. Miskimen,G. A. Peterson,G. G. Petratos,S. E. Rock,Sayed Rokni,Sakumoto Wk,M. Spengos,K. Swartz,Z. M. Szalata,L. H. Tao +26 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors extracted the proton elastic form factors from ep elastic cross section measurements in the angular range of 13.90 to 14.90 degrees and showed that these results are consistent with the dipole fit.
Journal ArticleDOI
Measurements of the Delta(1232) transition form factor and the ratio sigma(n)/sigma(p) from inelastic electron-proton and electron-deuteron scattering
L. M. Stuart,P. E. Bosted,L. Andivahis,A. Lung,J. Alster,R. G. Arnold,C. C. Chang,F. S. Dietrich,W. R. Dodge,R. A. Gearhart,J. Gomez,K. A. Griffioen,R. S. Hicks,C. E. Hyde-Wright,C. E. Keppel,S. E. TL;DR: In this paper, a global fit to these new data and previous data in the resonance region is also reported for the proton, and the results confirm previous reports that the transition form factor decreases more rapidly with √ √ n 2 than expected from perturbative QCD.
Journal ArticleDOI
Measurements of the nucleon form factors at large momentum transfers
L. Andivahis,P. E. Bosted,A. Lung,L.M. Stuart,J. Alster,R. G. Arnold,C. C. Chang,F. Dietrich,W. R. Dodge,R. Gearhart,J. Gomez,K. Griffioen,R. S. Hicks,C. Hyde-Wright,C. E. Keppel,S. E. Kuhn,J. Lichtenstadt,R. Miskimen,G. A. Peterson,G. Petratos,Stephen M. Rock,S. H. Rokni,Sakumoto Wk,M. Spengos,K. Swartz,Z. M. Szalata,L. H. Tao +26 more
TL;DR: In this paper, new measurements of the electric GE(Q2) and magnetic GM(Q 2 ) form factors of the nucleons are reported, covering the Q2 range from 1.75 to 4.00 (GeV/c)2, more than doubling the range of previous data.
