Hypothesis for potential pathogenesis of SARS-CoV-2 infection-a review of immune changes in patients with viral pneumonia.
TL;DR: The immunological changes of coronaviruses like SARS, MERS and other viral pneumonia similar to SARS-CoV-2 are reviewed and the potential pathogenesis of COVID-19 is inferred, and the treatment recommendations for giving high-doses intravenous immunoglobulin and low-molecular-weight heparin anticoagulant therapy to severe type patients are proposed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Wei Cao,Xiaosheng Liu,Tao Bai,Hongwei Fan,Ke Hong,Hui Song,Yang Han,Ling Lin,Lianguo Ruan,Taisheng Li +9 more
TL;DR: Results from 3 patients with severe COVID-19 who received high-dose intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIg) with satisfactory recovery suggest randomized studies of high- dose IVIg should be considered in deteriorating patients infected with CO VID-19.
Journal ArticleDOI
[Clinical and coagulation characteristics in 7 patients with critical COVID-2019 pneumonia and acro-ischemia].

TL;DR: The existence of hypercoagulation status in critical COVID-2019 patients with acro-ischemia should be monitored closely, and anticoagulation therapy can be considered in selected patients.
Journal ArticleDOI
