Journal ArticleDOI
The measurement of the tubular excretory mass, effective blood flow and filtration rate in the normal human kidney
Journal ArticleDOI
Effective renal blood flow in subjects with essential hypertension.
Journal ArticleDOI
Exaggerated natriuresis in essential hypertension
TL;DR: The observations confirm the finding that exaggerated natriuresis occurs in hypertensive patients challenged with infusion of hypertonic saline solution, and it is found that increased sodium excretion is also induced by infusion of hypotonic inulin and p-aminohippurate solution administered at low rates.
Journal ArticleDOI
The control of renal blood flow and glomerular filtration in normal man
TL;DR: This report is concerned with the effective renal blood flow and rate of glomerular filtration in normal man, as determined by the diodrast and inulin clearances during diuresis and during the action of phlorizin, adrenin, caffeine, nitrite, and typhoid vaccine.
