Journal ArticleDOI

Nanotechnology and biosensors

TL;DR: This work reviews the status of the various nanostructure-based biosensors and use of the self-assembly techniques and nano-electromechanical systems (NEMS) in bios Sensors is discussed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Using electropolymerized non-conducting polymers to develop enzyme amperometric biosensors

TL;DR: This article will discuss the issues of composite structures or materials that include non-conducting polymers of, for example, phenol and its derivatives, phenylenediamines, and overoxidized or electroinactive polypyrrole, as well as the use of quartz crystal microbalance in the study of non- Conducting-polymer-based biosensors.
Journal ArticleDOI

Construction of a Glucose Biosensor by Immobilizing Glucose Oxidase within a Poly(o- phenylenediamine) Covered Screen-printed Electrode

TL;DR: The glucose biosensors prepared by the electropolymerization of the non-conductive polymer, Poly(o-phenylenediamine), onto a planar screen-printed electrode have a linear range up to 25 mM glucose, fast response time and high sensitivities.
