Recent Advances in Golgi-Targeted Small-Molecule Fluorescent Probes
Caiyun Liu,Hanchuang Zhu,Yan Zhang,Meijun Su,Mengyuan Liu,Xiaohui Zhang,Xin Wang,Xia Rong,Kun Wang,Xiwei Li,Baocun Zhu +10 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Rational design of a water-soluble TICT-AIEE-active fluorescent probe for mercury ion detection.
TL;DR: In this paper , a simple water-soluble naphthalimide derived fluorescent dye with AIEE characteristics was reasonably constructed based on twisted intramolecular charge transfer (TICT) mechanism, a series of probes were synthesized to demonstrate this mechanism.
Journal ArticleDOI
Concise Biothiol-Activatable HPQ-NBD Conjugate as a Targeted Theranostic Probe for Tumor Cells.
Yan Zhang,Caiyun Liu,Weimin Sun,Zi-E Yu,Meijun Su,Xia Rong,Xin Wang,Kun Wang,Xiwei Li,Hanchuang Zhu,Miaohui Yu,Wenlong Sheng,Baocun Zhu +12 more
TL;DR: The precipitated fluorophore HAPQ was used as a simple drug molecule for the first time and combined with NBD-Cl to construct a simple and efficient theranostic probe (HAPQ-NBD), which can distinguish between tumor cells and normal cells based on the higher levels of biothiol in tumor cells.
Journal ArticleDOI
Recent advances in small-molecule fluorescent probes for diagnosis of cancer cells/tissues
Kun Wang,Caiyun Liu,Hanchuang Zhu,Yan Zhang,Meijun Su,Xin Wang,Mengyuan Liu,Xia Rong,Baocun Zhu +8 more
TL;DR: In this article , a review of small-molecule fluorescent probes for cancer diagnosis is presented, which aims to help researchers to design more excellent probes and make contributions to the future precision medicine.
Journal ArticleDOI
A new isothiocyanate-based Golgi-targeting fluorescent probe for Cys and its bioimaging applications during the Golgi stress response.
Hanchuang Zhu,Caiyun Liu,Xia Rong,Yan Zhang,Meijun Su,Xin Wang,Mengyuan Liu,Xiaohui Zhang,Wenlong Sheng,Baocun Zhu +9 more
TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper developed a specific and sensitive fluorescent probe (Gol-NCS) to visually monitor the biologically important Cys in real time, which can detect the changes of endogenous and exogenous cysteine.
