New Coumarin-Pyrazole hybrids: Synthesis, Docking studies and Biological evaluation as potential cholinesterase inhibitors

TL;DR: In vitro studies showed that compounds 3e and 3f were the most effective showing high potential AChE inhibitory activities with respective IC50 values, and in silico predictions of toxicity analysis indicated that these compounds should have good oral bioavailability.
Journal ArticleDOI

New Coumarin-Pyrazole hybrids: Synthesis, Docking studies and Biological evaluation as potential cholinesterase inhibitors

TL;DR: In this article , a set of hybrid derivatives bearing pyrazole and coumarin scaffold 3a-f was synthesized and confirmed by different spectroscopic techniques (1H NMR, 13C NMR and FT-IR) and mass spectrometry.
Journal ArticleDOI

Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate-catalyzed reaction for green synthesis of biologically active benzylpyrazolyl-coumarin derivatives, mechanism studies, theoretical calculations

TL;DR: In this paper , a multicomponent protocol has been described for the synthesis of various benzylpyrazolyl-coumarin 5a-i structures, involving the reaction of 4-hydroxycou marin, ethyl acetoacetate, hydrazine hydrate, and aldehydes, using an ethanol-water (1:1) mixture as the reaction medium and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate (SDBS) as the catalyst.
