Journal ArticleDOI

Dissipation kinetics of oxytetracycline, tetracycline, and chlortetracycline residues in soil

TL;DR: The overall 50 % dissipation values (i.e., stability) of the three TCs were OTC > TC‬>‬CTC, and the TCs tend to dissipate faster in the high water content and organic matter soil.
Journal ArticleDOI

Microbial community succession in soils under long-term heavy metal stress from community diversity-structure to KEGG function pathways.

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors used a metagenomics approach to comprehensively investigate the evolutionary changes in microbial diversity, structure, and function under different heavy metal concentration stress in soils surrounding gold tailings.
Journal ArticleDOI

Soil health evaluation approaches along a reclamation consequence in Hangzhou Bay, China

TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper used the minimum data set along with the soil quality index (SQI) area and the sensitivity-resistance approaches to assess two key approaches to evaluate soil health.
Journal ArticleDOI

Source, occurrence and risks of twenty antibiotics in vegetables and soils from facility agriculture through fixed-point monitoring and numerical simulation.

TL;DR: In this article , a universal method that combined fixed-point monitoring and numerical simulation was used to understand the source, fate and risks of antibiotics in environment, which showed that the antibiotic concentration in vegetables, soil and manure from 53 fixed point monitoring sampling sites were ND-18.47, ND-1438.50 and ND-24710.00 μg kg−1.
Journal ArticleDOI

Investigation of the effect of sustainable magnetic treatment on the microbiological communities in drinking water.

TL;DR: In this article , the effect of weak magnetic fields (≤10 G) with strong gradients (≈800 G/m) on drinking water microbial communities was evaluated using flow cytometry, which showed that low nucleic acid content (LNA) was dominant under nutrient limited condition while the HNA dominated when nutrient is more available.
