Journal ArticleDOI

Improved vaccine efficacy of tumor exosome compared to tumor lysate loaded dendritic cells in mice.

TL;DR: TEX did not drive DC into a suppressive phenotype and were a superior antigen due to higher efficacy of TEX‐presentation that was supported by prolonged persistence, preferential processing in the MHCII‐loading compartment and pronounced trogocytosis by T helper cells.
Journal ArticleDOI

CD44 standard and CD44v10 isoform expression on leukemia cells distinctly influences niche embedding of hematopoietic stem cells

TL;DR: The therapeutic effect of anti-panCD44 and anti-CD44v10 is based on stimulation of antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity and, as far as leukemic cells express CD44v isoforms, the therapeutic use of pro-pan CD44 should be avoided in favor of CD44V-specific antibodies.
Journal ArticleDOI

An ATP-binding cassette transporter G2 (CgABCG2) regulates the haemocyte proliferation by modulating the G1/S phase transition of cell cycle in oyster Crassostrea gigas.

TL;DR: In this article , a homologue of ABCG2 (named as CgABCG2) with the conserved AAA domain and ABC2 membrane domain was identified from the Pacific oyster Crassostrea gigas.
Journal ArticleDOI

An IRF2BP member (CgIRF2BP) involved in negative regulation of CgIFNLP expression in oyster Crassostrea gigas.

TL;DR: In this paper , an IRF2BP homologue was identified from oyster C. gigas and the mRNA transcripts of CgIRF 2BP were detected in all tested tissues with highest level in haemocytes (28.99-fold of that in mantle, p < 0.
Journal ArticleDOI

Histone lysine-specific demethylase 1 regulates the proliferation of hemocytes in the oyster Crassostrea gigas

TL;DR: In this article , a conserved Lysine-specific demethylase 1 (LSD1) with a SWIRM domain and an amino oxidase (AO) domain was identified from the Pacific oyster Crassostrea gigas.
