Finding the optimal design of a Cantor fractal-based AC electric micromixer with film heating sheet by a three-objective optimization approach

TL;DR: In this article , a three-objective optimization process for an Alternating Current (AC) electrothermal theory-based micromixer is presented, in which the width-to-length ratio (a/b) of the AC electrode based on the Cantor fractal, the inlet velocity (U), the voltage amplitude (V), and the heat of the film heating sheet (Q) are design variables.
Journal ArticleDOI

Knowledge-Based Approach to Assembly Sequence Planning

TL;DR: Preliminary experience with the DACG (Directed Assembly Connection Graph) approach indicates the potential to reduce lead times and thereby can help in completing new product launch projects on time.
Journal ArticleDOI

Optimized design of droplet micro-mixer with sinusoidal structure based on Pareto genetic algorithm

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors numerically simulate the droplet generation and dynamic mixing in a double T-junction microchannel and optimize the geometry of the sinusoidal microchannel using a Pareto multi-objective genetic algorithm to provide important reference values for the design of efficient and integrated microfluidic chips.
