TL;DR: It is found that L. plantarum augments the beneficial therapeutic effects of memantine treatment in APP/PS1 mice by remodeling the intestinal microbiota, inhibiting the synthesis of TMAO, and reducing clusterin levels, highlighting intestinal microbiota as a potential therapeutic target to decrease the risk of AD.

Survey of anaemia and Helicobacter pylori infection in adolescent girls in Suihua, China and enhancement of iron intervention effects by H. pylori eradication.

TL;DR: Findings suggest that IDA is still one of the prominent problems in adolescent girls and that treatment of H. pylori infection is associated with a more rapid response to oral Fe therapy.
