TL;DR: Wang et al. as discussed by the authors constructed an empirical model between environmental regulation and green total factor productivity, and explored the impact of environmental regulation from the perspective of human capital, showing that when environmental regulation is high, the increase of human-capability will weaken the promotion effect of environmental regulations on green total-factor productivity.
