Nowadays, a large number of students' academic registrations change every year in universities, but most of these cases are recorded and mathematically and statistically analysed through forms or systems, which are cumbersome and difficult to find some potential information in them. Therefore, timely and effective prediction of student registration changes and early warning of student registration changes by technical means is an important part of university registration management. At present, relevant research is mostly based on mathematical statistical analysis methods such as students' current credit evaluation or course score averages and seldom uses data mining and other technical methods for in-depth research. In this paper, we propose a mutated fuzzy neural network (MFNN) based prediction model for student registration changes in colleges and universities, which can provide supplementary reference decisions for school registration management for school teaching managers. In this paper, we first construct the corresponding prediction model of academic registration variation, define the relevant parameters, and model the optimization problem and propose the objective optimization function. Second, the proposed model is optimized by adding principal component analysis (PCA) to the original model to improve the efficiency of model training and the correct prediction rate. It is verified that the proposed model can effectively predict individual students' academic registration changes with a prediction accuracy of nearly 92.91%.

Analysis of College Student Registration Management and Change Prediction Based on Mutated Fuzzy Neural Network Algorithm.

The existing teaching quality evaluation methods cannot calculate the distance between the data points of teaching dataset and the center points of the large density grid, which leads to the poor classification of teaching data and the low accuracy of teaching quality evaluation. Therefore, a method of teaching quality evaluation of Wushu based on fuzzy clustering is proposed. In order to improve the comprehensiveness of teaching quality evaluation, the lost data of teaching resources were recovered. Based on this, the grid index of martial arts teaching data is established, and the relationship model between teaching quality and martial arts achievement is constructed. Based on the characteristics of Wushu teaching resources, the fuzzy clustering method is introduced to calculate the distance between each data point and the grid center with high data density. The experimental results show that the evaluation accuracy of the teaching quality is high, and the lost data can be accurately recovered. The evaluation efficiency, reliability, and stability of Wushu teaching quality are ideal.

Evaluation Method of Wushu Teaching Quality Based on Fuzzy Clustering

The outbreak of COVID-19 has caused significant disruption in all sectors and industries around the world. To tackle the spread of the novel coronavirus, the learning process and the modes of delivery had to be altered. Most courses are delivered traditionally with face-to-face or a blended approach through online learning platforms. In addition, researchers and educational specialists around the globe always had a keen interest in predicting a student’s performance based on the student’s information such as previous exam results obtained and experiences. With the upsurge in using online learning platforms, predicting the student’s performance by including their interactions such as discussion forums could be integrated to create a predictive model. The aims of the research are to provide a predictive model to forecast students’ performance (grade/engagement) and to analyse the effect of online learning platform’s features. The model created in this study made use of machine learning techniques to predict the final grade and engagement level of a learner. The quantitative approach for student’s data analysis and processing proved that the Random Forest classifier outperformed the others. An accuracy of 85% and 83% were recorded for grade and engagement prediction respectively with attributes related to student profile and interaction on a learning platform.

Predictive modelling and analytics of students’ grades using machine learning algorithms

Advances in network technology have led to extensive information technology construction work in all walks of life; universities, as a key component of national development, cannot be overlooked in this regard. In today’s universities, the Web-based integrated academic management information system is widely used, promoting higher education management system inno-vation and improving the management level of education departments and teaching management. The traditional management mode is incapable of locating “knowledge” in the mountains of student transcripts, and the original management mode must be improved. In business, finance, insurance, marketing, and other fields, digital exploration technology is widely used. This article describes the design approach for a data mining-based analysis and management system for PE course teaching quality, as well as the application of information technology and data mining technology in PE by combining actual PE teaching in schools, with the goal of realizing a data mining-based PE performance management system to serve PE teaching in schools and improve PE teaching quality. The results show that the time required to find frequent itemsets using a traditional algorithm running on a single machine, as well as the time required to scan the database several times for frequent itemset search in a distributed cluster of 20 computing nodes, is significantly longer than that required by the data mining algorithm. As a result, the proposed sports performance management system is functional, simple, and scalable, with each functional module operating independently and cooperatively, reflecting the concept of “high cohesion and low coupling.”

Design of Teaching Quality Analysis and Management System for PE Courses Based on Data-Mining Algorithm

In order to improve the low efficiency of higher education management and the unequal distribution of curriculum resources, facing the actual situation of higher education management, a higher education management system based on data mining technology is constructed and optimized. Using the correlation between MVC components of higher education management platform and the support of data mining technology, this paper constructs the MVC model 2 framework of higher education management platform which is a powerful framework used for developing large-scale projects with ease. We collect the data structure in the database, extract the evaluation indicators of higher education management system, separate the display results and business logic, and improve code reusability. We adopt data input, curriculum management, curriculum scheduling, teacher scheduling, and system maintenance and help to form and optimize the higher education management system. The experimental results show that the constructed and optimized higher education management system can maintain good scheduling performance and provide better teaching services for teachers and students.
