TL;DR: In this paper, a hierarchical ZnO composed of ultrathin nanosheets as secondary structures was fabricated through a hydrothermal method, and hexagonal wurtzite CdS with diameter between 50-100 nm were incorporated on the wurtzinite ZnOs sheets with the assistance of ultrasonic irradiation.
