Organic electrode for non-aqueous potassium-ion batteries
Yanan Chen,Yanan Chen,Wei Luo,Marcus Carter,Lihui Zhou,Jiaqi Dai,Kun Fu,Steven D. Lacey,Tian Li,Jiayu Wan,Xiaogang Han,Yan-ping Bao,Liangbing Hu +12 more
TL;DR: In this article, a nonaqueous K-ion battery (KIB) was designed and fabricated by employing 3,4,9,10-perylene-tetracarboxylicacid-dianhydride (PTCDA) as the cathode.
Journal ArticleDOI
Yolk–shell structured FeS/MoS2@nitrogen-doped carbon nanocubes with sufficient internal void space as an ultrastable anode for potassium-ion batteries
TL;DR: In this paper, a uniform yolk-shell structure was constructed for transition metal chalcogenides (TMDs) via in situ construction, in which the FeS/MoS2 nanoparticle yolk was completely confined in a N-doped carbon nanocube shell (FMC) with sufficient internal void space.
Journal ArticleDOI
Clogging behavior of submerged entry nozzles for Ti-bearing IF steel
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors studied the behavior of the nozzle clogging behavior of Ti-bearing ultra low carbon steel and found that the FeO·TiO2 phases among the deposits adhere the deposits together firmly enough to lead to the inferior castability of the Ti-free low carbon Al-killed steel.
Journal ArticleDOI
Control of the precipitation of TiN inclusions in gear steels
TL;DR: In this article, the results of thermodynamic calculations and a growth kinetics investigation show that TiN formation occurs only when the solidification fraction is greater than 0.533 under the controlled conditions used in the manufacture of 20CrMnTi steel; the radius of TiN particles decreases as the Ti and N contents decrease and as the cooling rate increases.
Journal ArticleDOI
Inclusion Variations of Hot Working Die Steel H13 in Refining Process
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the role of ESR in removal of oxide inclusions in die steel H13, including changes of species, morphologies, compositions, amounts and sizes, in the production of EAFLF→VD→ingot casting→electro-slag refining.
