Long-term outcomes of endoscopic submucosal dissection in gastric neoplastic lesions at a single institution in South Korea

TL;DR: Curative treatment with successful en bloc resection can reduce the local recurrence of gastric neoplastic lesions after ESD, and clinical outcome may be excellent, although longer follow-up studies are warranted.
Journal ArticleDOI

Risk factors for immediate and delayed bleeding associated with endoscopic submucosal dissection of gastric neoplastic lesions.

TL;DR: The only factor that correlated with an increased risk of bleeding with ESD was the presence of gastric malignancy, and no factor was found that would, prospectively, be amenable to prevention of bleeding.
Journal ArticleDOI

Analysis of intrahepatic sarcomatoid cholangiocarcinoma: Experience from 11 cases within 17 years.

TL;DR: In patients with s-CCC, early diagnosis through biopsy and aggressive treatment, including surgical resection, are important, and an accurate diagnosis could be made only via a histopathologic examination through immunohistochemical staining.
Journal ArticleDOI

Gastric glomus tumor: Analysis of endosonographic characteristics and computed tomographic findings

TL;DR: This case series shows the characteristic EUS findings and the distinguishing features of CT scans for gastric glomus tumors; these findings will help in differentiating gastric GlomUS tumors from other SMT.
Journal ArticleDOI

Prognostic factors for gallbladder cancer in the laparoscopy era
