Journal ArticleDOI

Non-noble metal Cu as a cocatalyst on TiO2 nanorod for highly efficient photocatalytic hydrogen production

TL;DR: In this article, a nanorod-like TiO2 photocatalysts with controllable particle size for hydrogen production were synthesized based on H2Ti3O7 precursors using hydrothermal and ion exchange methods.
Journal ArticleDOI

In situ photodeposition of cobalt on CdS nanorod for promoting photocatalytic hydrogen production under visible light irradiation

TL;DR: In this article, non-noble metal Co was loaded on CdS for enhancing photocatalytic activity of water splitting by a simple and efficient in situ photodeposition method.
Journal ArticleDOI

Metal (oxide) modified (M= Pd, Ag, Au and Cu) H2SrTa2O7 for photocatalytic CO2 reduction with H2O: The effect of cocatalysts on promoting activity toward CO and H2 evolution

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of cocatalysts on photocatalytic activity and selectivity for CO2 reduction with H2O has been investigated, and it was shown that cocatalyst loaded on the surface of HST can effectively promote the separation of photogenerated electrons and holes due to the formation of Schottky barrier or p-n junction.
Journal ArticleDOI

Ag loaded on layered perovskite H2SrTa2O7 to enhance the selectivity of photocatalytic CO2 reduction with H2O

TL;DR: In this article, a layered perovskite material H2SrTa2O7 (HST) with good charge separation was prepared by polymerizable complex (PC) and ion exchange methods for photocatalytic CO2 reduction.
Journal ArticleDOI

Non-noble metal Co as active sites on TiO2 nanorod for promoting photocatalytic H2 production

TL;DR: In this article, nonnoble metal Co was decorated on a TiO2 nanorod by a photodeposition method to improve photocatalytic H2 production.
