A Review on Battery Market Trends, Second-Life Reuse, and Recycling

TL;DR: In this article, the challenges, opportunities, and arguments on battery second-life and recycling are discussed, and the recent research and industrial activities in the battery reuse domain are summarized to provide a landscape picture and valuable insight into battery reuse and recycling.
Journal ArticleDOI

Trace element and strontium isotope constraints on sedimentary environment of Ediacaran carbonates in southern Anhui, South China

TL;DR: In this article, trace elements and strontium isotopes in sedimentary carbonates were analyzed by stepwise dissolutions with different strengths of acid, and the results showed that the carbonate component dissolved in 0.5 M acetic acid (Dissolution I) is principally composed of calcite and almost free from non-carbonate contamination.
Journal ArticleDOI

Size and Morphology Control of Gallium Oxide Hydroxide GaO(OH), Nano-to Micro-Sized Particles by Soft-Chemistry Route without Surfactant

TL;DR: In this article, a combination of X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), small area electron diffraction (SAED), energy-dispersive Xray analysis (EDX), thermogravimetric analysis (TG), and FT-IR was employed to characterize the resulting gallium oxide hydroxide nanorods.
Journal ArticleDOI

Nitrous oxide in the Changjiang (Yangtze River) Estuary and its adjacent marine area: Riverine input, sediment release and atmospheric fluxes

TL;DR: In this article, the authors measured the dissolved nitrous oxide (N2O) in the waters of the Changjiang (Yangtze River) Estuary and its adjacent marine area during five surveys covering the period of 2002-2006.
Journal ArticleDOI

Raman spectroscopy and characterisation of α-gallium oxyhydroxide and β-gallium oxide nanorods

TL;DR: Raman spectroscopy was used to characterize both gallium oxyhydroxide (α-GaO(OH)) and gallium oxide (β-Ga2O3) nanorods synthesised with and without the surfactants using a soft chemical methodology at low temperatures.
