Density distributions of 11 Li deduced from reaction cross-section measurements
Tetsuaki Moriguchi,A. Ozawa,S. Ishimoto,Yasushi Abe,M. Fukuda,I. Hachiuma,Yoko Ishibashi,Y. Ito,T. Kuboki,Mattias Lantz,D. Nagae,K. Namihira,D. Nishimura,Takashi Ohtsubo,H. Ooishi,Toshio Suda,H. Suzuki,Toshio Suzuki,M. Takechi,Kohji Tanaka,Takayuki Yamaguchi +20 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the reaction cross sections of the two-neutron halo nucleus were measured with solid hydrogen and carbon targets at around 31 and 41 MeV/nucleon.
Journal ArticleDOI
Construction of rare-RI ring at RIKEN RI Beam Factory
Y. Yamaguchi,Masanori Wakasugi,Tomohiro Uesaka,Akira Ozawa,Yasushi Abe,T. Fujinawa,Masayuki Kase,M. Komiyama,Toshiyuki Kubo,K. Kumagai,T. Maie,D. Nagae,J. Ohnishi,F. Suzaki,Akira Tokuchi,Y. X. Watanabe,Kenichi Yoshida,K. Yamada,Takayuki Yamaguchi,H. Yamasawa,Y. Yanagisawa,Juzo Zenihiro,Y. Yano +22 more
TL;DR: The rare-RI ring as discussed by the authors is a storage ring with six magnetic sectors, and each sector consists of four bending magnets to precisely optimize the isochronous conditions of the circulating particles for large acceptance.
Journal ArticleDOI
Density distribution of 14Be from reaction cross-section measurements
Tetsuaki Moriguchi,Akira Ozawa,S. Ishimoto,Yasushi Abe,M. Fukuda,I. Hachiuma,Yoko Ishibashi,Y. Ito,T. Kuboki,Mattias Lantz,D. Nagae,K. Namihira,D. Nishimura,Takashi Ohtsubo,H. Ooishi,Toshimi Suda,H. Suzuki,Toshio Suzuki,M. Takechi,Kohji Tanaka,Takayuki Yamaguchi +20 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors measured the reaction cross sections of the two-neutron halo nucleus 14Be with proton and carbon targets at about 41 and 76 MeV/nucleon.

TL;DR: The first application of mass measurement using the R3 mass spectrometer at RIBF is reported in this paper , where it is found that the neutron capture cross section on Pd increases by a factor of 2.2 and β-delayed neutron emission probability, P 1 n, increases by 14%.
Journal ArticleDOI
Concept Design of a Superconducting Magnet for a Compact Heavy-Ion Synchrotron
Kota Mizushima,Ye Yang,T. Fujimoto,Y. Iwata,Shunya Matsuba,Yasushi Abe,Etsuo Noda,Masami Urata,T. Shirai,T. Orikasa,Shigeki Takayama,Saki Amano,Kosuke Nakanishi,Y. Hirata +13 more
TL;DR: In this article , a superconducting magnet with both dipole and quadrupole coils is adopted to generate a dipole field from 0.3 to 3.5 T and a quadruplerupole field with a ramp rate of 0.6 T/s.
