Microwave dielectric properties of (1−x)ZnTa2O6−xMgNb2O6 ceramics
TL;DR: In this paper, single phase MgNb2O6 and ZnTaO6 powders were synthesized by solid-state method, and the high quality factor composite ceramics of (1−x)ZnTa 2O6−xMgNiO6 (x=0, 0.10, 0., 0.15, 0, 0..20, 0.25 and 1.0) were prepared using the as-synthesized powders.
