Vibrational Spectroscopic Investigation into Novel Ternary Eutectic Formed between Pyrazinamide, Fumaric Acid, and Isoniazid.

TL;DR: The ternary eutectic composition conception was proposed, in which fumaric acid was chosen as the molecule to connect two first-line anti-tubercular drugs, and results provide both structural information and intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions within specific multicomponent eutECTic composition formulations based on Raman and terahertz vibrational spectroscopic techniques in combination with theoretical calculations.
Journal ArticleDOI

Terahertz Metamaterial Sensor With Ultra-High Sensitivity and Tunability Based on Photosensitive Semiconductor GaAs

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors proposed and demonstrated an ultra-high sensitive refractive index metamaterial sensor within terahertz region, which consists of a gallium arsenide (GaAs) structure on the top, aluminum in the middle, and a polyimide as the bottom substrate.
Journal ArticleDOI

Investigation of thermal denaturation of solid bovine serum albumin by terahertz dielectric spectroscopy

TL;DR: In this article, the thermal denaturation of solid bovine serum albumin (BSA) using terahertz time domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) was investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Time‐resolved resonance Raman and density functional theory study of the deprotonation reaction of the triplet state of para‐hydroxybenzophenone in mixed acetonitrile/water solutions

TL;DR: In this article, the tranosecond time-resolved resonance Raman (ns-TR3) spectroscopy was employed to investigate the triplet state of para-hydroxybenzophenone (p-hBP) in pure acetonitrile (MeCN) and its subsequent deprotonation reaction in a H2O/MeCN mixed solution.
Journal ArticleDOI

Structural investigation of anhydrous nitrofurantion and its monohydrate based on terahertz/Raman vibrational spectroscopy and density functional theory

TL;DR: In this article, anhydrous nitrofurantion and its monohydrated form were characterized and analyzed by using vibrational spectroscopic techniques including terahertz time-domain spectroscopy and Raman spectrographs at room temperature.
