Morphology-Dependent Electrical Memory Characteristics of a Well-Defined Brush Polymer Bearing Oxadiazole-Based Mesogens
Wonsang Kwon,Byungcheol Ahn,Dong Min Kim,Yong-Gi Ko,Suk Gyu Hahm,Youngkyoo Kim,Hwajeong Kim,Moonhor Ree +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a new oxadiazole-containing brush polymer, poly(5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl-[1,1′-biphenyl]carboxyloxy-n-nonyl acrylate) (PPOXBPA), was synthesized.
Journal ArticleDOI
High-performance triazole-containing brush polymers via azide–alkyne click chemistry: a new functional polymer platform for electrical memory devices
Sungjin Song,Yong-Gi Ko,Hoyeol Lee,Dongwoo Wi,Brian J. Ree,Yongrong Li,Tsuyoshi Michinobu,Moonhor Ree +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, Azide-alkyne click chemistry was used to synthesize triazole-containing brush polymers with a resonance effect, which can provide a charge stabilization power.
Journal ArticleDOI
Electrical Memory Characteristics of Nitrogen-Linked Poly(2,7-carbazole)s
Suk Gyu Hahm,Taek Joon Lee,Dong Min Kim,Wonsang Kwon,Yong-Gi Ko,Tsuyoshi Michinobu,Moonhor Ree +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the electrical memory characteristics of the following nitrogen-linked poly(2,7-carbazole)s: poly(9-hexadecyl-N,N′-diphenyl carbazole-2, 7-diamine-alt-4, 4-4′-benzene), and poly( 9hexadecycled poly(N, N, N′-decomposition-based poly(1,3-benzinene)s).
Journal ArticleDOI
New Fullerene-Based Polymers and Their Electrical Memory Characteristics
Yong-Gi Ko,Suk Gyu Hahm,Kimie Murata,Young Yong Kim,Brian J. Ree,Sungjin Song,Tsuyoshi Michinobu,Moonhor Ree +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, the Cu(I)-catalyzed azide-alkyne click polymerization of a fullerene derivative monomer functionalized with 5-(trimethylsilyl)pent-4-yn-1-yl groups and a comonomer functionalised with azidomethyl groups was used to produce the novel fullein polymers P1-C60 and P2-C 60, which exhibited excellent unipolar and bipolar flash memory characteristics as well as unipolar permanent memory characteristics.
Journal ArticleDOI
Organic nonvolatile memory transistors with self-doped polymer energy well structures
Sungho Nam,Yong-Gi Ko,Suk Gyu Hahm,Soohyeong Park,Jooyeok Seo,Hyena Lee,Hwajeong Kim,Moonhor Ree,Youngkyoo Kim +8 more
TL;DR: Kim et al. as mentioned in this paper used a self-doped poly(o-anthranilic acid) (SD-PARA) nanolayer (high dielectric constant, k=14) between two low-dielectric polymer layers (k=2-4).
