A Comparative Study of Wireless Protocols: Bluetooth, UWB, ZigBee, and Wi-Fi
TL;DR: A study of these popular wireless communication standards, evaluating their main features and behaviors in terms of various metrics, including the transmission time, data coding efficiency, complexity, and power consumption would benefit application engineers in selecting an appropriate protocol.
High-Performance Organic Photodiodes for Blue-Light Hazard Detection
Chih-Ping Chen,Jong-Hong Lu,Bingxin Jiang,Fu Chun Hsiao,Yan Peng,Yu-Wei Su,Yan-Ru Lin,Tsung-Han Tsai,Ming Neng Shiu,Chwen Yih Lin,Yu Ting Fang +10 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Ambient‐Stable Near‐Infrared Organic Photodetectors with Ultrahigh Detectivity and Ultrafast Response for Biometric Monitoring
TL;DR: In this article , the effects of the device structure, thickness, deposition process, and solvent on the subsequent performance of organic photodetectors were examined, and an OPD was obtained displaying a dark current density of less than 8.77 × 10−10 A cm−2, a responsivity of greater than 0.516 A W−1, and a high detectivity of 3.1 × 1013 Jones, measured at bias of −2 V (870 nm).
Journal ArticleDOI
Highly Efficient Ternary Near-Infrared Organic Photodetectors for Biometric Monitoring.
Bingxin Jiang,Fu Chun Hsiao,Yan-Ru Lin,Che-Hsien Lin,Yu Shen,Yi-Yang Hsu,Pohan Lee,Yu-Wei Su,Huei-Ru Lu,Chi-Wei Lin,Choon Kit Chan,Chih-Ping Chen +11 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors incorporated IEICO-4F as the third component for PffBT4T-2OD:PC71BM-based OPDs to provide an efficient NIR response while greatly suppressing the leakage current at reverse bias.
Journal ArticleDOI
Indolocarbazole-based small molecules as guest donors for High-Performance ternary organic photovoltaics
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors explored the use of A-D-A or A-d-A-A′-type small molecule donors that contain an indolocarbazole-based moiety with both symmetric and asymmetric structures as the third component in PM6:Y6 systems to develop ternary organic photovoltaics (OPVs).
