TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper examined empirically the reverse spillovers of China's OFDI on its domestic green development, and found that the relationship between OFDI, absorptive capability, environmental regulation stringency, and green economic growth are robust to multiple econometric methods and alternative proxies for threshold variables.

Paternalistic leadership and innovation: the moderating effect of environmental dynamism

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of three elements of paternalistic leadership (authority, benevolence, and moral leadership) on organizational innovation in Chinese enterprises has been investigated, and the results show that benevolent and authoritarian leadership is positively related to exploratory innovation, while moral leadership has no significant impact on exploratory innovations.

Mobile Payment With Alipay: An Application of Extended Technology Acceptance Model

TL;DR: Investigation of a users’ risk perception, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and attitude on a user’s willingness to use Alipay, by using an extended version of the technology acceptance model (TAM), suggested that when users perceived that the risks of using Alipays are higher, they will hold a negative attitude using AlIPay and less likely to useAlipay.
