Journal ArticleDOI

Controlled Fabrication of BiFeO3 Uniform Microcrystals and Their Magnetic and Photocatalytic Behaviors

TL;DR: In this article, Bismuth ferrite (BiFeO3) uniform microcrystals with various morphologies (microspheres and micro/submirocubes) were successfully synthesized by a controlled hydrothermal method.
Journal ArticleDOI

Mechanochemically synthesized sub-5 nm sized CuS quantum dots with high visible-light-driven photocatalytic activity

TL;DR: In this article, a simple mechanochemical ball milling method for synthesizing monodisperse CuS quantum dots (QDs) with sizes as small as sub-5nm was reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

A magnetoelectric logic gate

TL;DR: This letter presents a novel concept of electric-field-controlled ME-logic based on the strain-mediated ME coupling in multiferroic ME composites, which is nonvolatile, low power-consumed and compatible with current semiconductor devices.
Journal ArticleDOI

Voltage-driven hysteretic changes in magnetization in multiferroic Co/BTO composite thin films

TL;DR: In this article, multiferroic Co/BaTiO3 layered composite thin films were grown on Nb-doped SrTiO 3 single crystal by pulse laser deposition, in which the polycrystalline Co film was annealed under magnetic field to induce in-plane uniaxial magnetic easy axis.
