Salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan listrik di Desa Mahalona Wilayah Kecamatan Towuti adalah penyediaan sumber energi baru dan terbarukan yang ramah lingkungan sebagai alternatif untuk penambahan suplai listrik yaitu sistem kelistrikan PLTS Off Grid. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang system kelistrikan PLTS Off Grid dengan Kapasitas 1000 Watt di desa Mahalona  kecamatan Towuti  Kabupaten Luwu Timur agar nantinya dapat mengatasi permasalahan kelistrikan yang terjadi di wilayah ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peralatan yang dibutuhkan untuk mendukung sistem kelistrikan.PLTS Off Grid 1000 Watt adalah  Photovoltaic ( PV ) atau sel Surya berjumlah 4 buah dengan spesifikasi teknis; type cell monocrytalline , effisiensi cell > 15 %, daya maksimum 260 Wp. Solar Charge Controller yang menggunakan teknologi MPPT dengan spesifikasi teknis; tegangan kerja PV max 140 VDC, tegangan kerja baterai 48 VDC, Arus Output max 60 A, efisiensi >97 %, dan kapasitas 1000 Watt. Battery bank Deep cycle dengan spesifikasi teknis; type baterai  Deep Cycle OPzV, tegangan nominal 2 V/cell, Cycle life >1200, DOD 80 %, dan kapasitas 160 Ah. Dan Bidirectional inverter dengan Spesifikasi teknis; DC input Volt (nominal) 50,4 V, input Voltage limit 40-64 V, input Current 131 A, Charging Current 100 A, Type of signal True Sine Wave 50 Hz, Continous Output Power 1 KVA. The conducted emission noise caused by the inverter in the off-grid photovoltaic (PV) system has been characterized. Noise that propagates in the conduction path was generated from the phenomenon of inverter switching for the power conversion process from direct current (DC) to alternating current (AC). The IEC 62920: 2017 and CISPR 25: 2016 standards were used to measure the noise generated by the inverter on the DC side. The conducted emission noise measurements for the inverter were carried out in three conditions, namely no-load condition, connected to a 60 W incandescent lamp load, and connected to the incandescent lamp load and dimmer for power variation. Measurements were made on five inverters with different power capacities and output types. The 200 W, 300 W, and 700 W outputs were for the modified sine wave output voltage, while the 500 W and 1,000 W were for pure sine wave output voltage. The measurement results show that when the inverter is connected to the load of the incandescent lamp and the dimmer, the 500 W and 1,000 W pure sine wave inverters have a low peak noise level and less potential to cause electromagnetic interference on the DC side.

Karakterisasi Conducted Emission Noise pada Inverter di Sistem Photovoltaic Off-Grid

When a current of ~300 A flows through a contact line that supplies power to a high-speed train traveling at maximum speed, it forms a strong magnetic field. Magnetometers - sensors that measure magnetic fields - are affected by this magnetic field around the contact line. In this study, the magnetic field formed around a contact line was measured and its effect on magnetometers was indicated. In order to confirm the degree of influence of such fields on a magnetometer, a magnetic field around a contact line was measured and simulated. For a high-speed train traveling at 300 km/h, the magnetic field was measured at 14.1 μT, 3 m away from the contact line. In addition, a magnetic field was formed when a current of 300 A flowing through the contact line was simulated in a laboratory environment. The outcome of the simulation was then compared with the measured values. This study experimentally verified the measurement error of the magnetometer caused by the contact line and confirmed that a filter can be used to reduce the error.

Kapasitas daya listrik yang terpasang pada jaringan rumah akan membatasi penggunaan daya listrik yang mampu disalurkan ke beban. Jika terjadi kelebihan daya maka jaringan listrik akan terputus. Jika diinginkan kapasitas daya yang lebih tinggi maka kapasitas jaringan listrik harus ditingkatkan, meskipun penggunaan daya listrik saat melebihi kapasitas daya terpasang hanya beroperasi dalam waktu yang tidak terlalu lama. Untuk mengatasi beban yang melebihi kapasitas daya terpasang adalah dengan menambahkan perangkat inverter untuk mensuplai kekurangan daya. Inverter adalah perangkat listrik yang merubah sumber tegangan DC menjadi sumber tegangan AC, sehingga dapat mensuplai beban AC. Hasil pengukuran aliran daya menunjukan besaran daya dari jaringan pada saat mensuplai beban tanpa ada subtitusi daya dari inverter sebesar 714Watt sementara pada saat ada subtitusi daya besaran daya dari PLN menjadi sebesar 273 Watt dan dari inverter sebesar 443 Watt.Kata Kunci— on/off grid tie inverter; baterai; beban rumah tangga; beban berlebih (over load)

The comparison and analysis of conducted emission measurements on the off-grid photovoltaic (PV) inverter on the direct current (DC) side using two DC Line Impedance Stabilization Network (DC-LISN) models has been successfully carried out. The DC- LISN originating from the manufacturer was used as the first model while the self-developed model using more affordable materials was used as the second model. The impedance and isolation characteristic values of each DC-LISN are compared based on CISPR 16-1-2:2014. The results of impedance and isolation of each DC-LISN were within the tolerance range allowed by the standard. Furthermore, the measurement setup in the IEC 62920:2017 standard was applied to measure the conducted emission on the DC side of the PV inverter various in no-load mode. The highest level of noise was obtained with the 500 W inverter, both when using the first and second DC-LISN models. In addition, the difference of the maximum peak noise value of about 6 dB between the first and second DC-LISN models were due to the inductance value, 5 μH for the first DC-LISN and 50 μH for the second DC-LISN. The discrepancy of the peak noise profile at high frequency that occurs in all inverters were due to differences in the characteristics of DC-LISN components. However, the entire peak noise profile of the second DC-LISN model is utterly similar to the first model interprets that the low-cost, self-developed DC- LISN could be used as an alternative to conduct the conducted emission measurement of PV inverters.

Measurement of magnetic fields on electric train

Artificial Network used to measure conducted emission noise on the DC side due to the use of photovoltaic inverters (DC-AN) has been characterized based on impedance and insertion loss using analytical method. Impedance and insertion loss compatibility requirements are regulated by CISPR standard 16-1-2:2014 to provide matching impedance with DC source and Equipment Under Test (EUT) in the radio frequency range from 150 kHz to 30 MHz. Circuit analysis using node analysis and loop analysis in the form of Laplace Transform is used to obtain the frequency response equations of impedance and insertion loss. Furthermore, the verification of the analytical method results is done by comparing it with the simulation method and the proposed DC-AN design based on analytical method has been made to validate DC-AN characteristic required by the standard. Finally, it could be concluded that the characteristics of DC-AN with analytical method are very close to the results of simulation method and the characteristic of the proposed DC-AN design is still within the tolerance limits allowed by the standard, which is ± 20% of the required impedance exact value and it has an insertion loss around of below -40 dB so it could be used to measure conducted emission noise.
