Plasmonic Refractive Index Sensor with High Figure of Merit Based on Concentric-Rings Resonator.
TL;DR: A plasmonic refractive index sensor based on metal-insulator-metal (MIM) waveguide coupled with concentric double rings resonator (CDRR) with high optical resolution with special cases of bio-sensing and triple rings is proposed and investigated numerically.
Journal ArticleDOI
Ultra-compact broadband polarization beam splitter with strong expansibility
TL;DR: Based on the traditional directional coupler, a scheme to design on-chip polarization beam splitters using an inverse design method was proposed in this article, where the coupling area of the designed devices are only 0.48 μm×6.4
Journal ArticleDOI
All-optical multi-channel switching at telecommunication wavelengths based on tunable plasmon-induced transparency
TL;DR: In this paper, an all-optical plasmon-induced transparency (PIT)-based multi-channel switching based on the metal-insulator-metal (MIM) PLASmonic waveguide device with small footprint is proposed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Journal ArticleDOI
Plasmonic Filter and Demultiplexer Based on Square Ring Resonator
TL;DR: In this article, a side-coupling method is introduced to achieve a drop in the resonant wavelength in the ring resonator with considerable efficiency, and a dual demultiplexer based on ring resonators is realized at telecommunication wavelengths with comparable performance.
