Linking nonlinear distortion and a signal’s cumulative distribution function: a measurement based approach
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors proposed a design strategy that can impose the power spectral density and cumulative distribution function of an IQ-modulated signal on a nonlinear power amplifier, which experimentally validated the dependence of the amplifier's linearized behavior on the envelope's cumulative distribution functions.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Discussion on In-band Distortions of Mixers
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a method to measure the in-band deterministic and stochastic contributions of nonlinear distortions in mixers based on the model of the mixer as a two or threeport device.
Journal ArticleDOI
Forced Oscillation Technique Measurement Apparatus Using Fan-Speaker Hybrid
TL;DR: In this paper , a combination of a fan and speaker-based measurement apparatus that employs the forced oscillation technique (FOT) helps physicians to assess the current state of their patient's lungs.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
PAVO: A simple wide band nonlinear component model
TL;DR: In this paper, a measurement-based model for a microwave system operating in a power range up to several dB of compression over its full operation frequency band is proposed, which is easy to implement in an existing simulator, does not require the publishing of internal schematics, and predicts the response of the component over its whole working area.

Caching in dataflow-based environments
E. Steenput,Yves Rolain +1 more
TL;DR: It is proposed that there are several advantages to integrating caching in the execution scheme of a dataflow-based environment: if each node has a cache to store its last result, the cache look-up overhead is eliminated, because each cache contains just one value.
