TL;DR: The changes of mitochondrial energy metabolism were investigated, and it was revealed that CORT condition inhibited glycolysis and fatty acid degradation pathway, and activated synthesis of triacylglycerol, leading to the reduced levels of acetyl-CoA and attenuated TCA cycle.
