Journal ArticleDOI
New insights into the binding behavior of lomefloxacin and human hemoglobin using biophysical techniques: binary and ternary approaches
Parisa Mokaberi,Vida Reyhani,Zeinab Amiri-Tehranizadeh,Mohammad Reza Saberi,Sima Beigoli,Farzaneh Samandar,Jamshidkhan Chamani +6 more
TL;DR: The overlap that had been induced between the fluorescence emission spectrum of Hb and the absorption spectrum of drugs is demonstrated, which has proved that there is a high probability to the occurrence of energy transfer from HB and LMF in the absence and presence of NRF.
Journal ArticleDOI
Investigations with Spectroscopy, Zeta Potential and Molecular Modeling of the Non-Cooperative Behaviour Between Cyclophosphamide Hydrochloride and Aspirin upon Interaction with Human Serum Albumin: Binary and Ternary Systems from the View Point of Multi-Drug Therapy
Zahra Omidvar,Kazem Parivar,Hamideh Sanee,Zeinab Amiri-Tehranizadeh,Ali Baratian,Mohammad Reza Saberi,Ahmad Asoodeh,Jamshidkhan Chamani +7 more
TL;DR: The analysis of the fluorescence quenching of HSA in the binary and ternary systems displayed that ASA was affected by the complex formed between CYC and HSA, and CYC was influenced by the HSA-ASA complex.
Journal ArticleDOI
Characterizing the Binding of Angiotensin Converting Enzyme I Inhibitory Peptide to Human Hemoglobin: Influence of Electromagnetic Fields.
Farzaneh Sadeghzadeh,Amir Arsalan Entezari,Kiana Behzadian,Kimia Habibi,Zeinab Amiri-Tehranizadeh,Ahmad Asoodeh,Mohammad Reza Saberi,Jamshidkhan Chamani +7 more
TL;DR: It can be concluded that for patients who use the drug to control blood pressure, a low-frequency electromagnetic field would have a positive effect on the uptake of the drug.
Journal ArticleDOI
Use of spectroscopic, zeta potential and molecular dynamic techniques to study the interaction between human holo-transferrin and two antagonist drugs: comparison of binary and ternary systems.
TL;DR: Steady-state and time-resolved fluorescence data revealed that the fluorescence quenching of complexes are static mechanism, and the combination of electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions between ROP, ASA and hTf formed micelle-like clusters.
Journal ArticleDOI
Determining the Interaction Behavior of Calf Thymus DNA with Anastrozole in the Presence of Histone H1: Spectroscopies and Cell Viability of MCF-7 Cell Line Investigations.
Najmeh Zare-Feizabadi,Zeinab Amiri-Tehranizadeh,Atena Sharifi-Rad,Parisa Mokaberi,Niknaz Nosrati,Fatemeh Hashemzadeh,Hamid Reza Rahimi,Mohammad Reza Saberi,Jamshidkhan Chamani +8 more
TL;DR: The interaction of calf thymus DNA (ct DNA) with anastrozole, which is acknowledged as an antineoplastic drug, has been investigated in this paper.
