Journal ArticleDOI
Thermosensitive hydrogels synthesized by fast Diels–Alder reaction in water
TL;DR: In this article, the gelation time was measured by a vial inversion method and the swelling behavior of dried hydrogel was studied by a general gravimetric method, which indicated that the as-prepared hydrogels have high swelling ratio and can respond to temperature.
Journal ArticleDOI
Facile preparation of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)-based hydrogels via aqueous Diels–Alder click reaction
TL;DR: In this article, a facile method of preparing poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)-based hydrogels by means of the Diels-Alder reaction was reported.
Journal ArticleDOI
Characterisation of N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone-based hydrogels prepared by a Diels–Alder click reaction in water
TL;DR: In this article, the Diels-Alder reaction in water for the first time was used to synthesize copolymers of N -vinyl-2-pyrrolidone (VP) and furfuryl methacrylate (FM).
Journal ArticleDOI
Diels–Alder reaction in water for the straightforward preparation of thermoresponsive hydrogels
TL;DR: In this article, the Diels-Alder reaction was applied to the preparation of hydrogels and the resulting polymeric diene and dienophile was found to be stable in water and stable in N,N-dimethylformamide easily.
Journal ArticleDOI
Preparation of Thermosensitive Hydrogels by means of Tandem Physical and Chemical Crosslinking
TL;DR: In this article, the tandem physical and chemical crosslinking was used to prepare injectable hydrogels and the results showed that the resulting hydrogel possess thermosensitivity and good reproducibility at different temperatures.
