Journal ArticleDOI
Optical and oxide modification of CsFAMAPbIBr memristor achieving low power consumption
Adrianne Sanches Soares da Silva,He Guan,Jian Sha,Zhejia Zhang,Yuxuan Xiong,Xiangqi Dong,Han Bao,Kai Sun,Shaoxi Wang,Yucheng Wang +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, the power consumption of OTP memristor was reduced by adding zinc oxide layer to the W/OTP interface to reduce the photoresponse property.
Journal ArticleDOI
Low power consumption photoelectric coupling perovskite memristor with adjustable threshold voltage
Shaoxi Wang,Zhejia Zhang,Yuxuan Xiong,Xiangqi Dong,Jian Sha,Xiaochen Bai,Wei Li,Yue Yin,Yucheng Wang +8 more
TL;DR: Based on the traditional OHP-based memristors, the intermediate layer of the memristor was prepared using yttrium oxide (Y2O3)/OHP stacking structure in this article.
Propagation Measurement and Channel Characteristics of Small Office OAM Communication at 30 GHz
TL;DR: In this article , the authors present an OAM channel measurement campaign in an indoor small office at 30 GHz, where the path loss is investigated and modeled by close-in (CI) model and floating-intercept (FI) model.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Path Loss of OAM Wave in Indoor Office Scenario at Millimeter-wave Band
TL;DR: In this paper , an angular momentum (APM) measurement is conducted in an indoor scenario, three cases are designed to investigate the pa of the vortex wave and the results indicate that floating in (FI) model can fit better than close-in (CI) model for me path loss.
