COVID-19 Chest CT Image Segmentation -- A Deep Convolutional Neural Network Solution

TL;DR: Inspired by the observation that the boundary of the infected lung can be enhanced by adjusting the global intensity, in the proposed deep CNN, a feature variation block is introduced which adaptively adjusts the global properties of the features for segmenting COVID-19 infection.
Journal ArticleDOI

COVID-19 Chest CT Image Segmentation Network by Multi-Scale Fusion and Enhancement Operations

TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper proposed a new deep convolutional neural network tailored for segmenting the chest CT images with COVID-19 infections, which can enhance the capability of feature representation effectively and adaptively for diverse cases.
Journal ArticleDOI

Attention-Guided Deep Neural Network With Multi-Scale Feature Fusion for Liver Vessel Segmentation

TL;DR: A novel deep neural network for liver vessel segmentation, called LVSNet, is proposed, which employs special designs to obtain the accurate structure of the liver vessel and a series of ablation studies are conducted that comprehensively support the superiority of the underlying concepts.
