Journal ArticleDOI
Immunogenic cell death in cancer therapy: Present and emerging inducers.
TL;DR: This review discussed and summarized the emerging methods for inducing immunogenic cancer cell death and concepts and molecular mechanisms relevant to antitumour effects of ICD are also briefly discussed.
Journal ArticleDOI
The anti-tumor effect of shikonin on osteosarcoma by inducing RIP1 and RIP3 dependent necroptosis
Zeze Fu,Bi-Yong Deng,Yuxin Liao,Liancheng Shan,Fei Yin,Zhuoying Wang,Hui Zeng,Dongqing Zuo,Yingqi Hua,Zhengdong Cai +9 more
TL;DR: Shikonin had prompt but profound anti-tumor effect on both primary and metastatic osteosarcoma, probably by inducing RIP1 and RIP3 dependent necroptosis.
Journal ArticleDOI
Erianin induces G2/M-phase arrest, apoptosis, and autophagy via the ROS/JNK signaling pathway in human osteosarcoma cells in vitro and in vivo.
He-xiao Wang,He-xiao Wang,Tao Zhang,Wen Sun,Z Wang,Dongqing Zuo,Dongqing Zuo,Zifei Zhou,Zifei Zhou,Suoyuan Li,Jianrong Xu,Fei Yin,Ying-qi Hua,Zhengdong Cai +13 more
TL;DR: Erianin may be a promising agent for anticancer therapy against OS through induced cell cycle G2/M-phase arrest, apoptosis, and autophagy via the ROS/JNK signaling pathway in human OS.
Journal ArticleDOI
Comparison of clinical outcome between simultaneous-bilateral and staged-bilateral total knee arthroplasty: a systematic review of retrospective studies.
TL;DR: Pooled results showed that the prevalence of mortality at 30 days postoperatively, pulmonary embolism, blood transfusion rate were significantly higher in simultaneous TKA group, while a significantly lower rate of deep infection and revision were found in simultaneously TKA.
Journal ArticleDOI
Arsenic sulfide induces apoptosis and autophagy through the activation of ROS/JNK and suppression of Akt/mTOR signaling pathways in osteosarcoma
Gangyang Wang,Tao Zhang,Wei Sun,Hongsheng Wang,Hongsheng Wang,Fei Yin,Zhuoying Wang,Dongqing Zuo,Dongqing Zuo,Mengxiong Sun,Zifei Zhou,Zifei Zhou,Binhui Lin,Jing Xu,Yingqi Hua,Haoqing Li,Zhengdong Cai +16 more
TL;DR: Results revealed that As2S2 induced G2/M phase arrest, apoptosis, and autophagy via activing ROS/JNK and blocking Akt/mTOR signaling pathway in human osteosarcoma cells.
