Remote operation of quantum state is an effective way to realize the quantum communication. This paper introduces the basic principles of quantum communication and quantum entanglement. And the operation of the quantum information is essentially dealing with the quantum state. Due to the existence of quantum entanglement, the measurement of quantum state will result in the collapse of the associated quantum state. Therefore, this paper puts forward implementation scheme for remote operation and measurement of quantum information.
