Abstract: Abstract The article considers international trends and directions of inclusive growth which is considered as an inclusive economic growth and is measured by heterogeneous growth indicators, as an index of inclusive development. Considering the above, was analysed the existing state of the country’s growth considering the environmental, economic, social and technological components as prerequisites for inclusive environmental management. Thus, the main focus of this article is on the formation of prerequisites for inclusive nature management in socio-economic and environmental practices and their subsequent methodological support. So segments of population prosperity means not just material consumption, but social vision formation and the institutional support creation for enables everyone to participate in the socio-economic achievements. The main gaps in the institutional support of the inclusive environmental management process are disclosed: in the social sphere: limited access to economically viable means that meet the real needs of the population in terms of health care, social assistance, basic education and awareness; in the ecological and economic sphere there is no effective and efficient management of providing the population with products that comply with the requirements of eco-certification and eco-labelling, which negatively affects the replenishment of the state budget and the promotion of the rational use of natural resources. Therefore, in order to create a favourable climate and institutional support of inclusive environmental management, in this article, will conduct a thorough analysis of the status of its components and assess the compliance of the existing conditions with current international requirements for inclusiveness. Inclusive growth requires environmental inclusion, which can be achieved through the introduction of new metrics and resource value indicators in regional development projects and programs. In doing so, measures should be developed and recommendations made to improve further planning and control.

TL;DR: In this article, the results showed significant differences in the chemical compositions and physical properties of the initial and modified biomass samples, especially for the cellulosic biosorbents prepared with organosolv-oxidative pretreatment.
Abstract: Sugarcane bagasse (stalk) and straw (leaves), an agricultural waste, which had been subjected to either an organosolv or organosolv-oxidative pretreatment were used for the removal of methylene blue dye or heavy metals (Fe(III) and Cu(II)) from model aqueous solutions. The sorption of methylene blue was investigated as a function of pH, dye concentration, and contact time. The sorption of metal ions was studied as a function of concentration. Classical Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption models were used to analyze the sorption process. It was shown that adsorption isotherms fitted better into Freundlich isotherm model, which assumes a multilayer adsorption on a heterogeneous surface. The morphological, textural, and structural characteristics such as bulk and true densities, particle size distributions, porosity, and thermal decomposition features of the biosorbents were determined to understand better the mechanism of sorption of various pollutants. The results showed significant differences in the chemical compositions and physical properties of the initial and modified biomass samples, especially for the cellulosic biosorbents prepared with organosolv-oxidative pretreatment. For the removal of dyes, the development of a pore structure as a result of the pretreatment seemed to play an important role, while the sorption of metals was strongly dependent on the chemical composition of the biosorbent. The highest adsorption capacity for methylene blue and for Fe(III) and Cu(II) was obtained for a lignocellulosic sorbent from sugarcane straw prepared by organosolv pretreatment. The results obtained confirm a great potential use of agricultural waste from sugarcane industry in wastewater treatment.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors dealt with problems of economic and financial security ensuring both in companies and state, and the rating of Ukraine according to the Corruption Perceptions Index has been identified.
Abstract: The article deals with problems of economic and financial security ensuring both in companies and state. The Corruption Perceptions Index has been analyzed as one of the most important indicators in this sphere. The following research methods have been used: generalizing theoretical knowledge, comparison method, method of analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis, factual analysis. The authors give their own definitions to such concepts as “security”, “financial security of the enterprise”, “economic security of the enterprise”. There have been also systemized the threats to the economic security of the enterprise, as well as means of its strengthening. The rating of Ukraine according to the Corruption Perceptions Index has been identified. Also, the perspectives of future research have been defined.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the economic efficiency of the installation of biogas equipment in landfills and investigated the current state of waste management in Ukraine, showing that at present in Ukraine the problem of waste accumulation becomes actual.
Abstract: The issue of waste accumulation has become one of the global problems of humanity. In Ukraine, the main method of waste management is landfill depositing, which is unproductive and affects the ecosystem negatively. However, large landfill sites should be used to produce biogas, thereby reducing the environmental burden and the earned revenue should be used to introduce recycling and a gradual transition to a European waste management policy. The aim of our study was to investigate the state of waste recycling and the possibility of using waste landfills and food with lost consumptive qualities for biogas generation. To analyze the economic efficiency of the installation of biogas equipment in landfills and to investigate the current state of waste management in Ukraine. The research demonstrates that at present in Ukraine the problem of waste accumulation becomes actual. At the same time, the number of large waste landfills is increasing. It is proved that at landfills with an area of more than 50 hectares, the installation of biogas equipment is cost-effective, and the raw material can be distributed at the feed-in tariff, thus solving the energy problem.
