TL;DR: In this paper, a guide for the formulation of a strategic communication plan with a focus on participatory communication and dialogue facilitator to be used during the execution of urban projects that include the relocation of families is presented.
Abstract: Planning processes of development and growth of the city of Barranquilla have required the relocation of the population living in areas of intervention actions. Under the current Land Use Plan of Barranquilla (POT) (1), the urban development project "La Loma" includes, among other activities, the transfer of a large number of people currently living in this area. For this reason, this article aims to review the current POT and other legal documents related to the Plan in order to identify and analyze the community participation component. The results of the documents revealed the presence of regulatory elements associated with community participation. The results also showed potentially useful spaces for the implementation of inclusive communication processes. Therefore, this article proposes a guide for the formulation of a strategic communication plan with a focus on participatory communication and dialogue facilitator to be used during the execution of urban projects that include the relocation of families.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors reviewed some discussions about the impact of biofuels on sustainability and researched in the biofuel supply chains design of first and second generation via mathematical optimization, to analyze how environmental and social concerns have been considered in this problem.
Abstract: The challenge of using renewable energy sources means that the production of biofuels and the design of their supply chains, should be pursue environmental and social benefits beyond the purely economic benefit. In this paper are revised some discussions about the impact of biofuels on sustainability and researching in the biofuel supply chains design of first and second generation via mathematical optimization, to analyze how environmental and social concerns have been considered in this problem. Finally, techniques most used optimization were identified and the review found that the concept of sustainability in the design of biofuel supply chains through modeling, is just beginning.

Abstract: This study identified di bromo-resistant bacteriain marine sediments mercury isolated beaches ofCartagena de Indias, Colombia, by the isolation, purification and preservation of marine bacteria resistantto antibiotics, microscopic and biochemicalidentification, susceptibility test di-bromo-mercury.The development of this study is to monitor theexecution of the presence of bacteria resistant toantibiotics and mercury compounds and / or theirresistance genes in the environment associated withenvironmental toxins and the origin of the sourceof pollution generated by the resistance.

TL;DR: Experimental results on real objects and their 3D models show the accuracy is improved and the influence of geometric distortions of the camera and projector lenses on 3D reconstruction quality for fringe projection profilometry is studied.
Abstract: We study the influence of geometric distortions of the camera and projector lenses on 3D reconstruction quality for fringe projection profilometry. Experimental results on real objects and their 3D models show the accuracy is improved.
